Brittany Phillips is a licensed professional therapist and a transformational life coach. She helps individuals heal from trauma and brokenness while moving towards freedom and wholeness so they can unlock their full potential to live resilient lives. She works collaboratively with clients by using a strengths- based, trauma informed approach. Although Brittany is trained in various models and techniques, she believes the client is the expert on their life. She honors each individual’s unique lived experience and intersecting identities. She approaches her work with curiosity while honoring what each client brings in the room.
Brittany studied at Mercer University and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her experience includes community counseling, school-based therapy, and providing training on trauma informed practices and social emotional development. Although coaching is not the same as counseling, she brings a unique set of skills to her coaching profession based on her years of experience in the clinical world. Brittany believes that healthy relationships are the foundation for healthy living.
As a public speaker, Brittany uses her knowledge to equip leaders and organizations with the skills to build community and inspires them to adopt practices that foster safe, supportive, positive environments. She believes that everyone should feel a sense of belonging in their workplace, school environment, and faith community.
